Runtime Error

I tried to install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but every time it reaches the installing phase it keeps saying " Runtime Error (at 79:100): Could not call proc. " please help me. I'm currently using windows 8.1. Thanks in advance.

• Please delete any and all copies of the mbam-setup-2.2.0.1024.exe installer file from the entire system in question.
• Then follow by downloading the highest integrity installer from here >> mbam-setup-2.2.0.1024.exe to the System Administrator's desktop only.
• Finish by following the instructions from here >> MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x. Please remember to reboot when directed.

Please insure the install was via single-right-clicking the desktop's mbam-setup-2.2.0.1024.exe installer and sigle-left-click on "Run as administrator".
