Cannot connect to internet (MB svchost) but still connected to internet

Issue has been happening since yesterday. Kept popping up showing the svchost issue thing. I ignored because i didnt need to get on the internet and also Steam was online. After a couple of hours of playing, i noticed that i couldnt see other achievements (while playing game due to no internet connection) but i was still getting them (internet connection required). I just cant connect to internet. But it still shows its connected to an internet connection. 

Computer shouldnt be connected to anything else. If anything i have trouble with microsoft updates for unknown reasons.

Ive ran MB, did the scan, hit the restart and still no fix.

Ive connected my computer to my phone so thats how i have connection right now. Please help
