Scan found over 4000 items but log file shows nothing

I installed Malwarebytes, ran updates, then ran a scan that went for 39 minutes.  Malwarebytes found over 4000 items (registry items, files), I clicked to remove selected items and saved the log file.  However, the log file shows 0 for all items.  Quarrantine shows A LOT of items.

 

Not sure what to make of that.  I only ran one scan.

 

I wouldn't worry about it normally but when I tell a customer that I was having problems working on their PC so I ran a virus scan, and nothing is there to prove it, it can be somewhat of a problem.

Can you please post the MBAM scan logs as an attachment. Also getting some other logs would be great.
