Windows 10 - Insider Build 10586 for pc ( Threshhold 2) is available on Slow ring

Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10586 is now available to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring.

That was a new notation made on November 9.   The march forward with the Autumn 2015 update continues.
10586 is almost certainly "the autumn 2015 release".

 

The "version" number shown is WINVER is 1511 ( OS Build 10586.0).   1511 stands for 2015 November release.

 

This only involves those who signed up for the Windows Insider program and have also selected the Slow ring update cycle.

That said, this build is the one likely to be made  generally available by MS in the very near term.

 

When made available for general release, it will be available thru Windows Update.   Shortly after that, if past record holds true, expect Microsoft to make ISO's available.
