Scan not finding malware - Invoice #00004232; From Timber Solutions ESale.xls

Hoping someone can advise...

 

User opened email attachment from

Invoice #00004232; From Timber Solutions ESale.xls

On researching confirmed it downloads the exe tghtop.exe to appdata\local\temp

 

This file is shown in the location but not picked up by malwarebytes scan.

 

Will malwarebtes be updated to pick this up?

Will just deleteing the tghtop.exe file be enough to clear?
