Thanks for the logs @sfareg.

Ideally let's try to do the remote support session if you can.

Otherwise if you cannot please try closing/killing these running processes (and their corresponding Windows Services) to see if it makes a difference:

(@ByELDI) C:\Program Files\KMSpico\Service_KMS.exe
(DigitalPersona, Inc.) C:\Program Files (x86)\FPSensor\bin\DpHost.exe
(FSPro Labs) C:\Program Files\Hide Folders\hf5.exe
(FSPro Labs) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\fsproflt2.exe
(IDT, Inc.) C:\Program Files\IDT\WDM\stacsv64.exe
(IDT, Inc.) C:\Program Files\IDT\WDM\sttray64.exe
(Tonec Inc.) C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager\IDMan.exe
(Tonec Inc.) C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager\IEMonitor.exe
(Wondershare) C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Wondershare\Wondershare Helper Compact\WSHelper.exe
(ZKSoftware Inc) C:\Program Files (x86)\FPSensor\bin\iZHost.exe
