Managed to locate it, and went into it's properties and found it was digitally signed by Lavasoft Limited, I used to have Ad-Aware running on my mission but removed it earlier this year so I think it's a false positive and just left over from Ad-Aware from lavasoft.

Can you zip and attach this file please? This so we can investigate this ourselves as well.

It might be because of this installer has an additional component bundled (most probably their toolbar - which was changing start & searchpage), which we triggered here. Nevertheless, we still need to have this file :)
