MBAM will not run, unable to connect to the internet

This morning I noticed that my pc will not connect to the internet and that mbam will not run.  I tried running mbam chameleon but that would not work either. The pc also has deep security 9 on it and it flagged a file in syswow64 as being malware the file is dnsapi.dll,  However, deep security could not fix the problem.  I just ran sfc/scannow on the computer.

After running sfc/scannow it repaired the corrupt files. I'm running MBAM now.  Should I still run the farbar program?

sfc /scannow must not be run with this malware, at least I experienced it. Can you perform System Restore to the time before you noticed issues?
