Malwarebytes Free is very slow to start

I had to have my pc repaired & they put Malwarebytes Free  on it, but it takes like 10 minutes to start. I have Windows 10 & Webroot Secure Anywhere antivirus. Any idea why it takes so long to start?

Where do I find these logs? I forgot to mention in my original post, that I'm using Webroot SecureAnywhere antivirus

The instructions in Post #2 above show you how to run the tools, basically download the tools to your desktop and then it will produce the logs on the desktop and you upload them here.

Windows warned me not to download that tool

The tool is safe, it is used 100's of 1000's of time daily by tech support forums.... you can ignore the warning

Well it's not the FRST tool, like I said it is used 100's of 1000's of times a day all over the world and it causes no damage whatsoever. That being said....

I'm sorry but if you're not willing to post logs as requested here on the forum then we will not be able to assist you. We are not magicians and cannot remotely tell what is going on with your computer without some type of logs.
