olivern Posted October 29, 2015 ID:998557 Share Posted October 29, 2015 I am wondering if it's something to do with the fact that I have the standalone MBAR anti-rootkit app on my machine? I run it manually every so often and it has not detected anything (extra insurance, I suppose) MBAM and my AV all seem to be running and updating fine, and I'm not seeing anything I'd consider anomalous. If I need to remove MBAR, should I consider reinstalling MBAM?
olivern Posted October 30, 2015 Author ID:998759 Share Posted October 30, 2015 Weird - the issue appears to have self-corrected following a reboot. Maybe it's because I ran an MBAR scan before the last time I checked the logs? Is it likely there's an interaction between the MBAR app and MBAM?
