Ezsurf.biz Hijack

Hi,

 

So I stupidly opened an installer for a game without checking it first and next thing I know I have 3 random pieces of software installed on my PC, and every time I open Firefox I get shown to the Ezsurf.biz page. I uninstalled all of the programs, ran Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, Hitman, and Spybot Search and Destroy separately, and they all found a variety of things they then deleted. The one issue I can't seem to get rid of is that every time I open Firefox, it still goes to ezsurf.biz instead of my home page.

 

When I have Firefox open and open a new window, it goes to my homepage. New tabs go to the blank new tabs page as specified in my prefernces. I've tried clearing my cache, running CCleaner, refreshing Firefox, but nothing seems to get rid of the ezsurf.biz page opening when I open Firefox. I don't have any Firefox extensions that I don't recognise, nor have any been installed recently.

 

Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer all seem to be fine, just Firefox that appears to have an issue.

 

Where do I go from here, how do I get rid of this thing?

Oh, I also downloaded and ran FarBar which seems to be standard practice from another thread I read on here concerning Ezsurf.biz. I've attached the output files!
