Serious Security Vulnerabilities Browser Hijack

Recommended Posts

Using Edge on Windows 10 I keep getting hijacked by a pop-up that requires an End Task to get rid of. It lists your IP number and city of residence and asks you to call a number. Research on said number indicates that it will redirect you to someone that will install a real virus on your computer. This occurs on a Yuku site and a Malwarebytes scan and disabling Flash Player so far as had no effect. Attached a screenshot in addition to requested logs.

Its a web page Pop-Up scam.  It isn't software on your computer generating this.  It is code on the web site you are visiting that is causing that Pop-Up.

There are ads intermingled with the content.  Ads rotate-in and rotate-out.  Eventually you get the fraud.  I did:o
