Malwarebytes Protection

I have Windows 10 Home 64 bit,  I had to disable the real time protection and cloud base protection in Windows Defender before installing program otherwise I was not able to access my hotmail account, even the images on my MSN home page would not even display, now it is working like it should , hope this helps anyone else.

Here is a good starting point (lets make sure you have a clean install of Malwarebytes)...

Let's try this first....

• Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)

Mainly for the benefit of spacearea51.

 

As a saying goes, everything is local.  There must have been some other issues going on on this box.  I've never experienced the issue as described  ( regarding Windows Defender & Windows 10 }.  Neither the issues with Outlook email  ( formerly Hotmail }.

 

So, as Firefox suggested, if you need help then please follow his suggestion.
