FileASSASSIN Cannot Access My Files

Hi there,

I'm new in this forum, so please forgive me if I do something incorrectly.

 

Anyways, I've been having this problem for quite a while now. I've got some corrupted files that I wish to remove so I happened to install FileASSASSIN. The problem for me is I couldn't even choose a file to delete. Every time I try to select a corrupted file, I get this error:

"(filename) is not accessible. File or directory is corrupted and unreadable".

 

I'm truly lost and out of ideas on how to handle this problem. I'm not sure if anyone else had experienced this problem but I really hope it can be solved. Thank you.
