Computer black after sign in.

I did a scan when I first got the free version, and it found 391 threats. It asked me to restart my computer, and when I did, everything was normal. Up until the point when I signed in; the screen was all black except for my small watermark in the bottom saying my windows was not yet activated. After a while, the only thing I saw was a 'failed to create security options' popup, and that was it.

 

Is my computer broke because of it? What should I do?

The computer is probably still infected and malware removal actions are not permitted in this subforum.
