remove malware content from web server.

In my server, in all root folder, I see some random .html files are created and it has some chinease/japanese content including sitemap for that. There were about 10K+ files in each public folder in each addon domain of server.

 

Even hackers tried to add google file to get webmasters access also.

 

Mainly, I see 4 to 5 files named indes.php, mvp.php. licence.php on each folder which seems creating these files. Please help me how can I get rid of this?

 

I am not good on server command so is there any way that I can download complete source to my desktop and scan it through any scanner which can detect this files.
