Lifetime licence has reverted to free

My computer is windows XP pro with SP3

 

Yesterday evening I logged on and got a message about my Malwarebytes licence. It has reverted to the free version.  I purchased a lifetime licence in 2011 from Cleverbridge.

 

Why has my licence changed and how do I get the full version back please?

 

I have the ID and key I was given at the time of purchase. Is just the case of selecting premium and entering my original information. I think i read that the information is now in a different format. If that is the case how do I get reinstate my licence.
