I did a clean install. MBAM instantly worked without licence input.

I did a clean install today. A complete factory restore. When I re-installed MBAM Pro it automatically had my licence activated with the codes and everything. Is this normal?

Sorry for the delay in my response my internet connection went down totally and it took 2 weeks for my ISP to sort it out!

When you say you did a factory restore, did you erase all data and start fresh, or did you choose the option to keep your files?

Thanks for your reply. I erased all data. It was set back to Lenovo factory default. Using the Lenovo Rescue System. Nothing I added was kept. I did the restore on a partition not a recovery disk. Thanks.
