I'm sure this is a false positive. It is a .dll used by Paintshop Pro V6, an old XP paint program and the file has been on my system for many years. A check on VirusTotal gave 1/54 positives, the positive being from Malwarebytes.

I only stop by to mention that several other users have reported this detection in a cluttered thread in the malware removal section here:

.jpeglib.dll being blocked so Paint Shop Pro won't run

I got caught by this twice, earlier this week. So it's still out there. I was able to copy the dll file from another machine, and add the folder to the ignore list.

This should be fixed for several days already.... please make sure you have the latest definitions.

 

If you are still seeing the detection, please attach the scan log with the detection.
