Malwarebytes 2.1 Premium Real Time Protection not enable

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have the Malwarebytes 2.1 Premium; and my issue is that the Real Time Protection is always off.  On my Dashboard shows "Your system is not fully protected"  and there's a red button  to Fix Now.

However when I click it nothing happens, the message still there; also when I manually change the settings to enable the real time protection, the Malwarebytes does not save my changes.

Anyone has seen this?

Thanks

Hello:

I'm glad that the clean reinstall resolved the issue for you. :)

>>If you have not yet done so, it would be a good idea to reboot the system, for good measure.

If the problem with real-time protection reoccurs, please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt).

There may be something else going on to cause it (such as PUPs or malware), and/or we may suggest upgrading to the latest beta build to see if that fixes the problem.

Thank you,

  • 3 weeks later...

I did run the first option MBAM Clean Removal Process 2X and reinstall the MBAM.  Looks ok now; let's see for how long, because it's not the first time I have to do this.

Thanks

Well like I said before.... it's back "Real Time Protection" is not enable anymore. I'm sorry but I cannot uninstall and install again every month...

Need a real solution
