Automatic Renewal Failed - Credit Card Charged

I got an email on 9/27 saying that my payment for my automatic renewal had failed.  I had recently received a new card from the credit card company, and I forgot to change the details in my malwarebytes account.  I signed into my account, changed the details, and resubmitted it.  The charge has appeared on my card as paid, and I have the confirmation email.  My program still says that my license has expired.  I tried to uninstall it and re-install it.  That didn't work either.  I've submitted a case, but haven't gotten a response yet.  They may be extremely busy.  Is there something else that I'm supposed to do to make this work?  I don't remember having this problem last year.

It's not showing expired now.  I didn't get a chance to even check it yesterday, but it's working this morning.

Glad to hear it, let us know if you encounter any further issues. If its an issue with licensing, currently only the help desk can solve those issues. Any other issues we could probably help right here in the forums.
