No Response from Support

I renewed my annual license and received a confirmation email from support.  I now get a message indicating that my license has expired. 

 

The confirmation email indicated that I didn't need to do anything else and my annual license would be extended another year.  Maybe I misunderstood.  I've even attempted to re-download the software but I get a message saying the download link is no longer valid and to contact support. I also tried activating using the ID and Key provided in the confirmation email but I get a message indicating the ID/Key are not valid.

 

I've opened 2 cases with support case# 847766 opened on 9/26 and case# 849382 opened on 9/29, both are still unassigned.

 

I've been very please with Malwarebytes since I first registered a year ago.  Now I'm not so sure.  Realizing that there is no way to contact support directly, only option is email and no indication of response/resolution time from support is very concerning.  I've now reverted back to the free version of the software just to make sure I'm protected.  So I appears that I'm paying for a product that is not working and I'n not getting any response from support. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
