Customer Service responce

Having been a customer since 2010 and having a life time lincense I now find myself in a situation where my  licence is not being recognised. I have error 403, so I submitted a ticket on the 25th Sep, I know that the weekend was due so I was'nt  too bothered. It's now Tuesday 29 and my ticket still has not been answered.

 

It appears that other members on this site have encountered the same problem with a total lack of responce. Not good enough Malwarebytes, you customer service is c---p to say the least.

Have you checked your spam/junk folders for a response?

 

Where did you buy your license?

403

Blacklisted—this is a known bad, counterfeit, key-gen or abused key.

 

These issues have been numerous lately and are swamping the help desk.

 

Please be patient.

 

License purchased in 2010 via Cleverbridge  and yes I have checked my spam box. Had notification of ticket and thats all.
