totaladexchange.com infection and slow internet connection

Hi,

 

I have a problem with totaladexchange.com, after scanning my computer with tdsskiller, Malwarebytes, HitmanPro, ZemanaAntimalware, Emsisoft Emergency Kit and AdwCleaner I still can't get rid of this site. Besides that my internet connection got awfully slow lately (I'm running on a WLAN card) I should have at least 2-3 Mb/s but it usually is at most about 1 Mb/s.
