Activation License fo Malwarebytes Pro 2.1.8

I've used Malwarebytes Pro for three years. When I (foolishly) upgraded to Windows 10, something went wrong. I had to re-format my hard drive and re-install everything.

 

Now, Malwarebytes Pro won't activate. I've written support, no answer received. I get "We're experiencing a high volume of emails. Go to "http://Link)to track your progress. So, I do, and I find I need to reset the password, which I did.

 

Now, signing into support, I get "Enter your email to sign up to Twitter" I don't want to, but I sign up to Twitter. Nothing changes. After several tries, it still wants me to be added to Twitter. Trying Facebook, I get a "That link is not recognized". 

 

Back to my original problem, I'm running Malwarebytes Pro Trial Version. Still no replies, nor is there a way to track progress.

 

I really thought Malwarebytes was better than this. I see why they have an email problem.
