Text enhance! Help!

Yesterday I was on nintendolife, and I clicked on something by accident (I have adblock, I don't get why it would still be there)

I woke up and went on my PC today, and everything's highlighted and full of adware!

Malwarebytes doesn't seem to be detecting anything, and I can't find anything in google chrome extensions!

Nothing's appearing in chrome plugins, or control panel's uninstall, so don't ask about that

I need help ASAP!!!

I just realized it was a rogue chrome extension I downloaded before named Word Filter. Lock this please, false alarm
