I can't install Malwarebytes

Hello, i'm new here and got some problems trying to install Malwarebytes.

As the tittle says, i can't install malwarebytes, always shows me that error:

Runtime Error (at 75:100)

Could not call proc.

I'm thinking i'm infected with something difficult to eliminate, so thats why i'm here, thanks for all.
PS: sorry if not is the section for this post, i'm new here... and sorry for my bad english too.
