Lifetime rip off.

I purchased a Malwarebytes Pro lifetime license from Newegg.com two years ago. I contact MB tech support, because it is saying my license has expired. Apparently, in the database, my license is marked as an annual license. 

It's one thing to change your policies so you don't have to support lifetime licenses anymore, but outright yanking the license out from under people and blaming it on Newegg is just lazy.

You are making an assumption as to what happened.  Please open a support ticket and let them get to the bottom of it.  You will most likely receive the satisfaction you were accustomed to (minus this glitch due to new processes).

It worked after i purchased it, but when i did a clean install with Windows 10 and entered my key i got a 403 error but they are telling me its not registered in there system. I have done several support tickets. How do i find a list of authorized resellers? You guys are finding every reason not to honor my lifetime key.

A 403 error means there is a problem with the license.
Only the folks at the Help Desk can correct this "403 error" problem.
We here in the forum do not have access to the activation servers or the information needed to fix this.
 

I have done several support tickets.

Creating multiple tickets is likely only to delay a response, by creating a backlog of duplicate tickets.

Unfortunately, it will not expedite your assistance.
Please check your email junk and spam folders to be sure replies didn't land there by mistake.

The best and safest place to buy a software license is directly from the software publisher.

This is true for MBAM, as well.

My issue got resolved. MB sent me an email and we had a back and forth. Probably just gonna have to wait for them to respond. You'll have to have your iD and kEY handy and maybe take a screenshot/or picture of the actual key. Newegg was the place where I purchased mine. They don't sell those keys anymore, but still have the pages up where they did. I bought a lifetime key from Amazon (for my mom) and I'm hoping that one doesn't flub as well.

Omg, i really thought i was the only one going throught that, and i agree its not right to just stop this software from working withought sending us some kind of notice or email that this was going to happen. i also put in a ticket and am still waiting dont know how long i have to wait but i hoping they can fix this issue because money dont grow on trees.
