How to get protection logs: (latest one showing the blocks)

(Export log to save as a txt file for posting in the forum when requested)
Open MBAM.
Click on the HISTORY tab > APPLICATION LOGS.
Double-click on the PROTECTION LOG which shows the date you are asked to post.
Click EXPORT.
Click TEXT FILE (*.txt)
In the "Save File" dialog box which appears, click on DESKTOP.
In the FILE NAME box, type a name for your protection log.
A message box named "File Saved" should appear, stating that "Your file has been successfully exported".
Click OK.
Please attach the saved log to your next reply.

===========================

As for your logs, there's a couple of items that should be fixed:

This program should be uninstalled:
Download Updater (AOL Inc.) (HKLM-x32\...\SoftwareUpdUtility) (Version:  - AOL Inc.) <==== ATTENTION

-----------------------

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same folder as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe.
Run FRST.exe/FRST64.exe and click Fix only once and wait
The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) in the folder, please post it to your reply.

I deleted the AOL Download Updater Program

I downloaded the file you attached in your post, but I am unsure what to do next

I am unsure on how to download the attached file to the same folder as FRST.exe. When I click on the attached file, a tab opens on the bottom of my Web Browser. I click on it, and a notepad comes up with texts inside

How do I download the attached file to the same folder as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe?

FRST64.exe is located in your Downloads folder:

C:\Users\ridan_000\Downloads\FRST64.exe

Copy and paste the Fixlist.txt in to the same folder  (Downloads)

Now .......
Run (double click) FRST.exe/FRST64.exe and click Fix only once and wait
The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) in the folder, please post it to your reply.

Yes...you're OK :)

A little clean up to do....

---------------------------------

bwebb7v.jpgDownload Delfix from here and save it to your desktop. (you may already have this)

  • Ensure Remove disinfection tools is checked.
  • Click the Run button.
  • Reboot
Any other programs or logs that are still remaining, you can manually delete. (right click.....Delete)

-------------------------------

Any questions...please post back.
