Desktop blocked from internet unless in Safe mode

My home desktop has been unable to connect to the internet as of yesterday unless i boot it in safe mode. I am also unable to install or uninstall any programs as the removal app just locks and never finishes even in safe mode.  Malwarebytes premium scan, FRST scan and addition text attatched.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Stay with that topic and one of the experts will help you get cleaned up.  Do not reply (even to add info) until one of the experts responds to your post. Also do not bump it as that will only prolong you getting assisted.

Thanks for your reply Eagle. I ran the Zoek scan and had a popup in the middle of it but it did not seem to mind and the scan ran to the end. I tried to screen shot the error but there are many functions not working on this computer right now and it didnt copy it to the clipboard.
