renewal issues

Like others before me, I have automatically renewed my subscription but stll get notices that I owe for renewal and now I get a message that says the software has  expired. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software twic using the renewal id and key.  I have contacted the help twice and just get an auto reply tha they are busy.  This is very disappointing since this product is outstanding.  What should I do?

Hello and Welcome....

Sorry your having issues, but as far as the issue your having, only the help desk can help with that. Here at the forum we have no way of checking the activation servers or check the status of your license.

I am not an employee of Malwarebytes, I am just a volunteer. Hang in there and someone will resolve your issue.
