Recommended Posts

Hello tjconn31 and welcome back:

Your previous post's information requires some supplemental clarity and additional detail.

Please post the Daily Protection Log pertaining to the Malicious Website Blocks you're reporting:

Reference: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Users Guide - Daily Protection Log

  • Please open the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) Graphical User Interface (GUI).
  • Single left-click History.
  • Single left-click Application Logs.
  • Single left-click the Protection Log pertaining to the last date when the Malicious Website Blocking notice(s) were seen.
  • Single left-click Export button, and single left-click the Text file (*.txt) choice from the pull-down menu. (NOT the XML file (*.xml) entry.)
  • Type Malicious in the File name: box, then single left-click Desktop, and single left-click its Save button.
  • If a system file saved message box appears stating "Your file has been successfully exported.", single left-click its OK button.
  • All 3 MBAM windows may now be closed.
  • Single left-click the "More Reply Options" box and Attach the Malicious.txt file, from the system's desktop, to your next reply in this topic's thread.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hello tjconn31:

The log you attached indicates the computer is probably infected, as witnessed by blocking outbound access attempts to known bad IP addresses, and malware removal actions are not permitted in this subforum. The Malicious Website Protection module is protecting your system from reporting and transferring information to those IP addresses in question.

I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with your issue.

If, as recommended, you do open a topic in Malware Removal Help, please make reference to this thread.

If you would like to get off to a very fast start, the Malware Removal Experts would appreciate it if you would also Copy and Paste (not attach) both the FRST.txt and the Addition.txt output diagnostic reports from only Log Set 1 into your new topic. Please do not tick, nor untick, any pre-configured FRST categories.

Thank you.
