Error Code 20034

I'm a home user and not a tech person at all.  The Malware Bytes box comes up in the bottom corner as complete, with malware present (pups) quarantined those.  Then there's a pop up that says "Scanner failed with error code 20034".  Thanks in advance for the help

I'm not personally familiar with that particular error code, "20034".
 
However, the logs do show evidence of modifications consistent with past and possible ongoing PUPs and malware infection.

We are not permitted to work on possible malware-related issues here in this particular section of the forum.
