Native Instruments Maschine Series & Komplete Kontrol S-Series

I have paid for and installed Native Instruments Maschine Studio which is also compatible with Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S-Series, very expensive professional software; and Malwarebytes is listing Native Instruments files as malware.  Deleting these files would render my hardware and software inoperable and the install process is very long for Native Instruments files with over 28gb's of software to install.
