I went into VirtualBox to was going to see a piece of software I wanted to install was also going to also install PUPs and now on that computer whenever I try to use Chrome it says this: Unable to connect to proxy server ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED. I am really frightened an afraid my PC has a virus.

 

I have fixed the issue by unchecking "Use a proxy" but I am still afraid my pc has some kind of infection.

 

I really just asking for some reassurance from somebody saying that VirtualBox does that sometimes.
