Malicious Website Blocked-Malware Scan Clean

Recommended Posts

Hi

For the last week I have been receiving this malicious website blocked 921.242.140.21 Ip address error. I have read most of these logs and notice that when I change my DNS address to 8.8.8.8 (Google) it is not happening. Attached are the logs for the FARBER tool. I have the premium version of this tool and I had hoped it would remove it. Could I get some help with this..this is very annoying. I turned it back to get DNS automatically before running the FARBER scan. I would think after reading the many entries that malwarebytes would have issued something on it for those of us that are not computer literate. Please help..I am not sure what to do next. By the way I am using a laptop via wireless and getting the message. I have not seen it at my main computer yet but does not mean it is not happening. I could use some assistance as this is the computer I use the most as it is updated frequently. I do thank you for blocking it as I see it is very dangerous, now I would like to have it removed. Thank you.

Hello,

They call me TwinHeadedEagle around here, and I'll try to help your with your issue.

Before we start please read and note the following:

  • We're primarily oriented on malware removal here, so you must know that some issues just cannot be solved and you must be prepared for this. Some tools we use here will remove your browser search history, so backup your important links and all the files whose loss is unacceptable.
  • Note that we may live in totally different time zones, what may cause some delays between answers.
  • Don't run any scripts or tools on your own, unsupervised usage may cause more harm than good.
  • Do not paste the logs in your posts, attachments make my work easier. There is a More reply options button, that gives you Upload Files option below which you can use to attach your reports. Always attach reports from all tools.
  • Always execute my instructions in given order. If for some reason you cannot completely follow one instruction, inform me about that.
  • If I don't hear from you within 3 days from this initial or any subsequent post, then this thread will be closed.
:excl: I can't foresee everything, so if anything not covered in my instructions happens, please stop and inform me!

:excl: There are no silly questions. Never be afraid to ask if in doubt!

I get the message as soon as I start up. It is continuous. Re-ran malwarebytes and as you can see in the protection log it constantly shows the ip address. I thought this should have worked also. Attached is malware protection log for today. The IP in the log is the one that it continues to block as outbound - SVC host. Will welcome any ideas...

Hi Twin-Headed Eagle

I followed the instruction for the changing of the address to 8.8.8.8 and it still doesn't work. The message continues to pop-up. It's like whatever file it is attached to is still there. The scan runs clean not showing anything. I am very disappointed as I'm at wits end. Any further assistance ?

Thank you
