Problem with AdFly PopUp

When I play games on the computer sometimes, another tab would open and it would be the webpage, AdFly. I would click to close it and that would be the end of it.

Well yesterday my laptop/tablet upgraded to Windows 10. (which I HATE). I played my game like usual, and got the AdFly pop up. I closed it. And then, it opened up again... and again and again... So I just closed my internet all together, and then once again, the AdFly page just keeps opening by itself. OVer and over and over again... IS this a virus or just some type of bad spyware?

Can someone please tell me how I can get rid of this stupid, annoying, useless web page?

Which specific browser ( s ) is it that has the "popup" ?   You did not say.  It is so important to know that.

Is it the EDGE browser ?

 

A lot of browsers are set to "re-open" the last webpage they were on   ( and Edge is one of those ) ....until and unless you go in and make changes to the settings of the browser.
