Activation problem - Error 404

Hi, I bought a subscribtion from the website and when I try to active it it says this error. I tried reinstalling and still the same problem. Also, I'd like to request someone to remove daledoc1's rights to close threads, he closed my thread without helping me at all. Just copied some message and pasted it!

But the answer is the same.

We here in the forum cannot fix "404" license issues.

Only the Help Desk team members can do that.

Why this happens then? Why only help desk can resolve that issue?

I restarted my PC and tried again and it worked. Thanks man!
