Malicious Website Blocked Ad.Afy11.net, Outbound. Windows 10

Howdy y'all, long time MWB pro user, but new to windows 10.

 

Installed win 10 pro about 3 weeks ago and haven't had this issue till this week. This started just after some updates earlier this week.

 

I have MWB Pro, NOD32 Version 8 and CCleaner pro. I have run them all (including the reg cleaner in CCleaner) and the popup is still there. It happens in BOTH IE and Edge and it's totally random on which sites it pops up on.

 

I'm very careful about what sites I use, the worst possibly being Face Book.

 

 

What is this? and should I be worried that it won't go away?
