My MBAM is stuck on quarantining the threats

Hey, so for about 2 hours now, my MBAM is stuck on " Threat Scan: 341 threats have been successfully quarantined " ( screenshot - http://scr.hu/1e19/n0tw0) , I dont know what to do with it. Any help ?

I would be patient and wait a while longer.

If that fails, you might need to try to cancel the scan.

Otherwise, deep work on possibly infected computers is conducted in a special forum area reserved for that purpose, or at the help desk.
