esurf.biz has hijacked my browsers

Hi - every time I open a browser (chrome or firefox) I'm taken to esurf.biz

 

I'm running Windows 10 and I've run AdWare, Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro, Eset online scanner, msert.exe and Microsoft Defender. None of them have managed to remove it.

 

However, after running all these, esurf.biz no longer seems to re-direct to Terraclicks.com as it did when esurf.biz first arrived. touch wood.
