Hello I'm new to this.

 

 

    I have one simply question since I got malware and install its been great however my flash player was disable and when I go to like facebook and my school web site I cant enter them because it requires them to use flash player and I install the latest update of flash it say make you your antivuris lets you use flash player what step m I missing

I'm not 100% sure I understand the problem you describe, but I will try to help.

 

Firefox and Chrome (I think) now block Flash Player by default, for safety.  But, at least for Firefox, it can be enabled when needed on certain sites.
I'm not sure about IE or Edge.
 
For Firefox and other "plug-in" type browsers, you need to have the most current, safest version of the Flash Player.
To do that, assuming you have both Firefox (or a similar browser) and IE on your computer, I suggest:

• Go to this pageto download and save to your desktop the Flash Player uninstaller -- but do not run it yet.
• Go to this page to download and save to your desktop the current versions of Flash Player for both Firefox (plug-in version) and IE (Active X version) -- but do not run them yet.
• Close all browsers.
• Run the Flash Player uninstaller.
• Run each of the Flash Player installers.

If that doesn't explain or resolve your issue, we'll need a bit more information in order to better assist you.
