Please help, my browser is infected.

Recommended Posts

Hello, my browser(google chrome) is infected with auto direct ads.Very often when I click something for example "Members" in this forum it automatically redirects me to ad site in new tab. Each time the ad site changes, i have tried your malware bytes anti malware tool already, it found the files and deleted them, but after pc reboot they came back. Here is the picture of those files - BofBiNa.png

I have also tried many different malware removal tools, but none of them helped.I removed those files manually but still they came back after the reboot and ads were still there.Thank you for reading and helping me.

Download CKScanner from here: http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/CKScanner.exe

Important - Save it to your desktop.

Doubleclick CKScanner.exe (Right click and "Run as administrator" in Vista/Win7/8/10).
Give permission if necessary, and click Search For Files.
After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.
A message box will verify the file saved. Please run the program once only.
Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.

Next,

Select the Windows key and X key together, from the menu select "Command prompt (Admin)"

Copy the following command at the prompt:

Licensingdiag.exe -report %userprofile%\desktop\report.txt -log %userprofile%\desktop\repfiles.cab

put cursor at the command prompt then Right click and select paste, hit enter. Two files will be saved to your Desktop.

Attach the "report.txt" file to your reply. - you can ignore the repfiles.cab file, it's only backup data

Excellent, if no more issues run the following to clean up:

Download "Delfix by Xplode" and save it to your desktop.

Or use the following if first link is down:

"Delfix link mirror"

Double Click to start the program. If you are using Vista or higher, please right-click and choose run as administrator

Make Sure the following items are checked:

  •
  • Remove disinfection tools

  • Purge System Restore <--- this will remove all previous and possibly exploited restore points, a new point relative to system status at present will be created.

  • Reset system settings

Now click on "Run" and wait patiently until the tool has completed.

The tool will create a log when it has completed. We don't need you to post this.

Any remnant files/logs from tools we have used can be deleted…
