MBAM Service high RAM use

Recommended Posts

Hey,

I had a clean 8.1 with MBAM using 200+ megs in RAM during idle.

Now I have a clean (no upgrade) Win 10 and MBAM is using about the same in RAM.

I litteraly have nothing but latest drivers, Firefox, and Steam.

Is MBAM always this high on RAM use? I don't believe it being this bad on Win 7, I remember it being 25MB or so in idle.

My version of MBAM is the latest 2.1.8.1057

This is not a big deal, but I'm just curious if this is just a Win 8 and 10 issue.
