Unable to access update server

Hi,

 

I am running Anti-Malware Home (Premium). I cannot update the virus database manually or automatically. I get the error: Unable to access update server. Hence I am stuck at v2015.08.02.01.

 

I have tried restarting my PC and also restarting MAB and running as Admin. I'm looking for next steps. Diagnostic files attached.

Preliminary review of your logs suggests that MBAM was installed back in June, and that you may have recently upgraded to Windows10?
 
If that's the case, and if you did not perform a clean reinstall of MBAM after the Win10 upgrade, this would be a good place to start:
 
First: please be sure your system date and time are correct.
 
Then, if that does not fix the issue:

• Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
