malwarebytes scan found items and can't delete them

I ran a scan on my samsung note 10.1 android tablet. Found 5 items:

 

android/trojan.elfan.a

android/pup.adware.airpush

android/pup.riskware.agent.glvp

android/pup.lotoor.un

android/pup.exploit.lotoor.bg

 

I select all to delete and then it states unable to uninstall. Anyway to remove these? I tried connecting the tablet to my pc but can't locate the files in question
