No option to remove threats

database version v2015.08.19.01

 

After doing a complete scan, the scan tab shows                   0 threats succesfully quarantined, the time to complete scan, items scanned, Threats Identified (shows 42 threats) and finally on the bottom of the page a Finish button.  

It does not have any option to remove or quarantine the threats.

I click on Finish button and nothing happens. Just clears out the scan page and goes back to dashboars tab.

 

Anyone know how to fix this issue and get the option to remove threats available again?

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process for version 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then Please read the following and in your next reply ATTACH the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

On the other hand, since you do have infections you may want to go this route...

The mbam clean removal did the trick.

 

all threats removed.
