Step 1

  • Please download Delfix.exe by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Please start it and check the box next to "Remove disinfection tools" and click on the Run button.
  • The tool will delete itself once it finishes.

Unfortunately the latest BSOD is not listed in the bluescreenview, so I can't upload it. However, I ran the disk check again and stayed all the way through to see what is happening. While verifying file data, windows replaced two bad clusters in NTUSER.DAT
I am not sure what is causing the problems at this point.
