Malwarebytes Premium threat Scan crashing On random files only in System32

Hello and welcome,

P2P/Piracy Warning:
 

 

If you're using Peer 2 Peer software such as uTorrent, BitTorrent or similar you must either fully uninstall them or completely disable them from running while being assisted here.Failure to remove or disable such software will result in your topic being closed and no further assistance being provided.If you have illegal/cracked software, cracks, keygens etc. on the system, please remove or uninstall them now and read the policy on Piracy.

 

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system (32 bit or 64 bit). If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
 

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    (Windows 8 users will be prompted about Windows SmartScreen protection - click More information and Run.)
  • Press Scan button to run the tool....
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

 

 

Next,

 

Please download RogueKiller and save it to your desktop from the following link: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/roguekiller/
 

  • Quit all running programs.
  • For Windows XP, double-click to start.
  • For Vista,Windows 7/8, Right-click on the program and select Run as Administrator to start and when prompted allow it to run.
  • Read and accept the EULA (End User Licene Agreement)
  • Click Scan to scan the system.
  • When the scan completes select "Report", log will open. Close the program > Don't Fix anything!
  • Post back the report which should also be located here:


C:\Programdata\RogueKiller\Logs <-------- W7/8
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\RogueKiller\Logs <------XP
 

 

Let me see those logs...

 

***EDIT**** Also run the following and post the produced log:

 

Run the MGA Diagnostic Tool and post back the report it creates:

  • Download MGADiag from here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click on MGADiag.exe to launch the program
  • Click "Continue"
  • Ensure that the "Windows" tab is selected (it should be by default).
  • Click the "Copy" button to copy the MGA Diagnostic Report to the Windows clipboard. (Do not worry about any errors at this point, paste will still work)
  • Paste the MGA Diagnostic Report back here in your next reply.

If you are still running a cracked version of Windows you need to Format your hard drive and obtain a legitimate version of windows to install. Also you may wish to detract your appalling reply to quietman7 at Bleeping Computers as per the following quote:

 

 

Ahhh i was hoping this wouldn't happen, Well sir yes I did follow that and did every step there. And still no luck...

The reason i wanted help from here is that well.. i just think that the staff over there aren't as good as they are here, Like with a problem i had a few days ago; they said it was nothing whereas i actually managed to get a propper fix and virus removal from here. Hope you understand

 

Aswell as the detraction put your hands up and inform quietman7 what exactly happened at Malwarebytes.org/forums and why your help was terminated.

Disparaging Malwarebytes is a bad move to start off, if you want help it is advisable to follow the rules....

Aight' I will reinstall windows. I can just get an ISO from microsoft and use the key i bought thankyou.

 

Also, I'm sorry for what you read but he's never asked about anything to do with the help I got from here..

I WILL do what you said out of the fact that i do really appreciate the help I've been getting but I am entitled to my own opinion aren't I?

 

 

Anyways man, I hope i can get this issue resolved with everyone and i'll be sure not to make the same mistakes again.
