Windows 10 compatibility

I've recently bought MBAE Premium in my Laptopplatfor: Windows10/Edge. The program (MBAE) is download and installed, showing it's icons on desktop. But never starts ! It tryes to automaticalli start but an error message indicated that his process was stopped. In the Microsoft Platform, I tested the program and guess what: "Program Incompatible". Is it possible a refund of my order ?

Hi

I'm  sure there will be further comments however it is true that many users with W10 installed also have MBAE installed and functioning properly.

Have said that , there are however issues with MS EDGE and MBAE that are being experienced by users and being investigated.

First of all, you can get a refund at any time. Simply contact Support and they will process it for you.

In the meantime feel free to try the following, as the error you are seeing might be due to a corrupt upgrade:

 

1- Reboot

2- Uninstall MBAE from Control Panel

3- Reboot again

4- Download and re-install MBAE from https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mbae

I needed to add an additional step #5 to the above.

 

5- Reboot Again.

 

Comments:  After I completed number 4, I could not start MBAE.  At least when I tried, it did not appear.    I then rebooted and my MBAE did appear and the additional shield that I added (MicrosolftEdge*.exe) worked.    However, it appears that it is not starting my Malwarebytes Anti-Malware now.

Not sure if this is the same issue.  Have Mal Anit-Malware Premium in three PCs.  Win 7 working fine; Win 8 working fine.  PC changed from 7 to 10 MWB has issue.  After upgrade to 10 I boot PC and if I run MWB all is fine.  If I use PC for normal work and then try to run MWB, click it to open and see the MWB window fly off the screen.  Reboot and same happens.  Delete MWB and reinstall it works perfect.  After several uses, MWB window again does not open on screen and have to delete and reinstall again.  All PCs running on same version, same license, prob only with Win 10.  Any ideas? Thanks folks.

MBAM and MBAE are 2 different programs. ;)

Since your post seems to relate to Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM), not to Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit (MBAE), it would be less confusing if you would please start a new post in the MBAM Help Section >>HERE<<.
